Name |
Medicago truncatula, seedling roots treated with oligogalacturonides (DP 6-20) |
Organism |
Medicago truncatula |
Tissue |
3 day old seedling roots |
Stage |
24 hours after treatment in the dark at 26 C with 0.5 mg/ml oligogalacturonides (DP 6-20) in the presence of 100 ug/ml Gentamicin |
Description |
Vector: pBluescript SK-; Site_1: EcoRI; Site_2: XhoI; cDNA was prepared from polyA+ enriched RNA. The cDNA was directionally ligated into the Unizap XR vector from Stratagene and packaged using Gigapack III Gold packaging extracts. Plasmids containing cDNA inserts were excised from the recombinant lambda-Zap phage using Ex-assist helper phage and propagated in SOLR cells. |
