Name Medicago truncatula, seedling roots treated with oligogalacturonides (DP 6-20)
Organism Medicago truncatula
Tissue 3 day old seedling roots
Stage 24 hours after treatment in the dark at 26 C with 0.5 mg/ml oligogalacturonides (DP 6-20) in the presence of 100 ug/ml Gentamicin
Description Vector: pBluescript SK-; Site_1: EcoRI; Site_2: XhoI; cDNA was prepared from polyA+ enriched RNA.
