| Description |
Handpicked type IV glands from leaves of growth chamber grown Solanum habrochaites LA1777 plants (25oC for 16/8 h photoperiod). Total RNA was extracted from 2000 handpicked type IV trichomes from the leaf tissue of Solanum habrochaites LA1777 plants and used directly for cDNA synthesis using the Clontech Super SMART cDNA synthesis kit according to kit protocols but with modified primers. Primers used in the construction of this library: RT1: 5' -TAGAGGCCGAGGCGGCCGACATGTTTTGTTTTTTTTTCTTTTTTTTTTVN-3'; RT2: 5' CGCAAGCAGTGGTATCAACGCAGAGTGGCCATTACGGCCGGG-3'; 5' PCR primer: 5' -AAGCAGTGGTATCAACGCAGAGT-3'; 3' PCR primer: 5' -TAGAGGCCGAGGCGGCCGAC-3' |
