| Description |
Type VII enriched gland fraction from leaves of growth chamber grown Solanum lycopersicum LA3475 plants (25oC for 16/8 h photoperiod). Total RNA was extracted from an enriched sample containing mostly type VII trichomes from the leaf tissue of Solanum lycopersicum LA3475 plants and used directly for cDNA synthesis using the Clontech Super SMART cDNA synthesis kit according to kit protocols but with modified primers. Primers used in the construction of this library: RT1: 5' -TAGAGGCCGAGGCGGCCGACATGTTTTGTTTTTTTTTCTTTTTTTTTTVN-3'; RT2: 5' CGCAAGCAGTGGTATCAACGCAGAGTGGCCATTACGGCCGGG-3'; 5' PCR primer: 5' -AAGCAGTGGTATCAACGCAGAGT-3'; 3' PCR primer: 5' -TAGAGGCCGAGGCGGCCGAC-3' |
