Organ: Flower; Vector: pCR4-Topo; Site_1: EcoR1; Site_2: EcoR1; The subtractive hybridization protocol from BD Biosciences Clontech (Palo Alto, CA) has been used to generate this specific cDNA library. Tester cDNA was prepared from mature female hop flowers (cones) and driver cDNA was from female hop flower buds. The resulting cDNAs were cloned into the Invitrogen (Carlsbad, CA) pCR4-Topo vector. |
