Description Vector: pBluescriptSK-; Site_1: EcoRI; Site_2: EcoRI; Glandular trichomes were isolated from leaves of the accession PI126449 using a bead beater, followed by filtration through a series of meshes. DNA sequences were determined bi-directionally using an ABI3730xl at the Arizona Genomics Institute, University of Arizona (H. Kim, D. Kudrna, R.Wing). Chromatogram files were processed to remove vector and cloning oligo sequences and various contaminants, and to trim to a high quality region. Sequences that retained a phred 17 region of at least 100 bases were deposited to GenBank.
